Hi, I'm Cheray
and I make things make sense.
You know that feeling when you have great ideas but they're scattered across random documents, sticky notes, and half-finished drafts? I specialize in taking those messy starting points and turning them into something people can use.
Who I Am
Instructional designer, project support, idea generator, and problem-solver.
My role usually falls somewhere between instructional designer, project support, idea generator, and problem-solver — and I like it that way.
Over the past 20+ years, I've developed a knack for bringing order and troubleshooting processes — whether that's building a clear course from a rough outline, designing a job aid from a brainstorming session, or restructuring a workflow so that a project meets the deadline.
I've worked with institutions, online programs, small and mid-size businesses, nonprofit teams, educators, and content creators who needed help making their materials easier to teach, share, analyze, and scale.

How I Got Here
From education to consulting.
After years of working in education, administrative support, and digital spaces, I earned my instructional design certification and began freelancing. Eventually, I launched CS Learning Solutions LLC, my consulting practice serving higher education institutions, educators, and small businesses. I also currently hold a contract instructional design role with FAMU Online, where I work on Canvas-based course development and Quality Matters alignment.
I've helped clients develop trainings, organize their files and ideas, build content systems, and turn brainstorming sessions into polished deliverables. I've also built AI-assisted workflows and tools that help educators and organizations work more efficiently — without losing the human touch that makes learning actually work.
