My role usually falls somewhere between instructional designer, project support, idea generator, and problem-solver - and I like it that way. 

Over the past 20+ years, I've developed a knack for bringing order and troubleshooting processes - whether that's building a clear course from a rough outline, designing a job aid from a brainstorming session, or restructuring a Trello board so a project meets the deadline.
